• details about your premises and security needs that you write in your message;
• details you share when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, including job applications.

We also collect basic, anonymous usage information through Google Analytics, such as which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are from (city or country), the type of device and browser used, and which buttons are clicked (for example "call" or "WhatsApp"). This helps us understand how people use the website so we can improve it. It does not tell us who you are.

How the quote form works

When you press "Send via WhatsApp", the form opens WhatsApp with your details already written in a message to our team. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• to reply to your enquiry and prepare a security plan or quotation;
• to provide and manage the security or cleaning services you request;
• to consider job applications;
• to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Sharing your information

We share your information only with our staff who need it to serve you, or when required by law, for example by the police or a court.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete them.

Google Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. We do not use Google Analytics to collect names, phone numbers or other details you type into the quote form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Third-party services

This website links to WhatsApp and Google Maps. These services may receive basic technical information such as your IP address when you use them, under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below.
